PillTill Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Overview

PillTill is a personal vitamin and supplement reminder app from Apps4Wife. This policy describes what the mobile app handles and what, if anything, leaves your phone.

We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name or email inside PillTill, and we do not sell personal information. There is no website version of the product — only this informational page and the mobile app.

Information stored on your device

Your supplement list, schedules, dose history, notes, optional dosage details, reminder preferences, and appearance settings are stored locally in a SQLite database on your phone.

That data stays on the device. Uninstalling the app removes local data from that device. We do not host your supplement list on Apps4Wife servers.

Camera and barcode scanning

If you use Scan Barcode, PillTill accesses the camera to read a vitamin or supplement barcode. Camera frames are used for scanning on the device. We do not upload photos of you or of the bottle for storage.

The barcode number may be sent to a product lookup service, as described below. You can always add a supplement by typing the name instead of scanning.

Online product lookups (optional)

When you scan a barcode while online, PillTill may query third-party catalogs to suggest a product name:

Those requests send the barcode number only — not your full supplement list, notes, schedule, or identity. Suggested names may then be saved locally on your device if you keep the item. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Notifications

PillTill can schedule local reminders on your device so you know when a dose is due. These are on-device notifications. The app does not use remote push messaging or collect a push token for Apps4Wife servers.

What we do not collect

App stores and your device

When you download the app from Google Play, Google may collect information according to its store and platform policies (for example download, device, or crash diagnostics). That collection is controlled by Google, not by PillTill directly.

When you download the app from the App Store, Apple may collect information according to its store and platform policies. That collection is controlled by Apple, not by PillTill directly.

Not medical advice

PillTill is a personal organizer. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist about vitamins, supplements, or medications.

Children

PillTill is a general utility app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of PillTill after an update means you accept the revised policy.
